My name is Han Zhong (钟菡), a fifth-year doctoral candidate in Quantitative Marketing at the Rotman School of Management, U​niversity of Toronto.
​
I am interested in how AI is transforming consumer decision-making on digital platforms. My research explores how AI assistants shape how people search, evaluate, and purchase, showing their potential to deepen engagement and their risks of disrupting sales patterns. I am also interested in how social changes, such as improving gender equality, affect consumer decisions.
